October 11 -- University of Central Arkansas, Conway, AR. Reading for the Inaugural Visiting Poet Series.
September 17 -- Garland Co. Library, Hot Springs, AR. Poetry workshop with high school students and reading for general public.
September 12 -- Visit with contest first-place winners and their families to Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson's office in Little Rock for a photo shoot, personal meeting, reading of their poem.
September 1 -- Announced winners of my first project as the Arkansas Poet Laureate, "Yum's the Word" Poetry Contest for Arkansas homeschooled students.
June 27 -- Hope Church, Hot Springs, AR. Poetry workshops with elementary and high school students, respectively.
